We wanted to thank you for your interest in becoming one of the Official Sponsors of the San Antonio’s Brunch Festival. We have a great venue in place and can’t wait to share more information to you all. This event will take place in September 24th 2022.

Background

This idea was created by the Owner of All Access Promotions & Entertainment, MikeAnthony Torres, as he is a big Brunch foodie and loves to taste new foods when it comes to Brunch. Within the 14+ years of promoting smaller brunch events and being one of the first promoters to host brunch events he noticed the trend of hundreds of people in San Antonio that loved to brunch. This is one of the main reasons he wanted to host a larger scale of a brunch event and put together the San Antonio’s Brunch Festival. The goal is to have all of your favorite brunch restaurants participate to showcase their brunch menu but to have a purpose behind the event as well. This year the event will GIVE BACK to the community by donating a portion of the proceeds to the “Faith Bound Street Ministry, Inc.” nonprofit organization. We are excited to host an incredible event and would love for you to be part of it.

Sponsorship Options

Silver – $500.00

Silver sponsorship will include your logo on all flyers and posters that are distributed throughout the city (restaurants, businesses, etc.) and posted on all social media* platforms. This package also includes 10 General Admission tickets at a face value of $850.00 to give out to guests of your choice.

Gold – $2,500.00

Gold Sponsorship will include logo on all flyers and posters that are distributed throughout the city (restaurants, businesses, etc.) and posted on all social media* platforms. One Vendor booth is included to promote your brand/business and to sell (you keep 100% of your profits). DJ’s and Local Artist will mention your business throughout the Festival. This package also includes 20 General Admission tickets at a face value of $1,700.00 to give out to guests of your choice and 10 VIP Tickets at a face value of 1,500.00.

Diamond – $5,000.00

Diamond Sponsorship will include logo on all flyers and posters that are distributed throughout the city (restaurants, businesses, etc.) and posted on all social media* platforms. Two Vendor booths are included to promote your brand/business and to sell (you keep 100% of your profits). DJ’s and Local Artist will mention your business throughout the Festival. Official Banners will be displayed throughout the venue with your logo on them. Your logo will be on the Official T-Shirts, VIP Badges, Swag Bags, and other merch. This package also includes 40 General Admission tickets at a face value of $3,400.00 to give out to guests of your choice and 20 VIP Tickets at a face value of $3,000.00 to give out to guests of your choice.

Platinum – $10,000.00

Platinum Sponsorship will include logo on all flyers and posters that are distributed throughout the city (restaurants, businesses, etc.) and posted on all social media* platforms. Two Vendor booths are included to promote your brand/business and to sell (you keep 100% of your profits). DJ’s and Local Artist will mention your business throughout the Festival. Official Banners will be displayed throughout the venue with your logo on them. Your logo will be on the Official T- Shirts, VIP Badges, Swags, and other merch. Your company logo will be included in our Official Promo Video and included in our Media Interviews. Your company name will be on the Official Trophies and on the mock check presented to “Faith Bound Street Ministry, Inc.” Nonprofit Organization. This package also includes 60 General Admission tickets at a face value of $5,100.00 to give out to guests of your choice and 40 VIP Tickets at a face value of $6,000.00 to give out to guests of your choice.
